45:8-35.16 Commencement of continuing education requirements. 6. a. The board shall not require completion of professional engineering continuing professional competency credits for any licensure periods commencing within 12 months of the effective date of this act. b. The board shall require completion of professional engineering continuing professional competency credits on a pro rata basis for any licensure periods commencing more than 12 but less than 24 months following the effective date of this act.
