45:5AAA-1 Short title. 1. Sections 1 through 24 of P.L.2023, c.237 (C.45:5AAA-1 et al.) shall be known and may be cited as the "Home Improvement and Home Elevation Contractor Licensing Act." L.2023, c.237, s.1.
