45:2C-11 Licensing. 11. The board shall license each applicant who passes the examination, in accordance with standards fixed by it and who is not disqualified to be licensed pursuant to the provisions of this act or P.L.1978, c.73 (C.45:1-14 et seq.). L.1983, c.7, s.11; amended 2009, c.56, s.10.
