45:24-11. Applicant's signature and photograph to appear on license Before a license issued pursuant to this article shall be valid the licensee shall affix his signature thereto in the presence of the county clerk or a duly authorized representative thereof, who shall sign as witness, and who shall affix thereto a photograph of the licensee which shall be supplied by the licensee, and shall be two inches by three inches in size. No license shall be valid without the photograph attached.
