45:15BB-7. Exemptions from examination requirements An applicant may be exempted from the requirement of taking and passing any examination provided for in this act if the applicant satisfies the board that the applicant is licensed or registered under the laws of a state, territory or jurisdiction of the United States, which in the opinion of the board imposes substantially the same educational and experiential requirements as this act, and, pursuant to the laws of the state, territory, or jurisdiction, has taken and passed an examination similar to that from which exemption is sought.
