45:14C-10.2 Application for registration; fees. 3. On and after the effective date of P.L.1998, c.96, any person desiring to register as an apprentice or journeyman plumber shall make application to the State board to be so registered and shall pay all the fees required in connection therewith, which fees shall be established, prescribed or changed by the State board to the extent necessary to defray all proper expenses incurred by the State board to administer the provisions of this act. However, fees shall not be fixed at a level that will raise amounts in excess of the amount estimated to be so required. L.1998,c.96,s.3.
