45:14BB-12 Rules, regulations. 12. The director, after consultation with the advisory committee, shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2000,c.57,s.12.
