45:14B-40. For specified purposes only Disclosure of information pursuant to section 2 or 4 of this act is limited to the purposes specified in the authorization. Information disclosed pursuant to section 2 shall not be revealed by a third-party payor to any of its directors, officers, employees or consultants other than those authorized by the third-party payor to effectuate the purposes specified in the authorization, except as provided in section 9 of this act.
