45:12-6. Fees; numbering and recording of certificates; filing of photograph of registrant The fee for such examination shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00), and for a certificate of registration, fifteen dollars ($15.00), to be paid to the secretary of the board by the applicant upon filing his application and receiving his certificate, respectively. Before any certificate is issued it shall be numbered and recorded in a book kept in the office of the board, and its numbers shall be noted upon the certificate. A photograph of the person registered shall be filed with the record. In all legal proceedings the record and photograph so kept in the office of the board, or certified copies thereof, shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
