45:11-74 Certain certified practitioners considered licensed. 19. Any person who is a certified massage, bodywork and somatic therapist pursuant to section 8 or 9 of P.L.1999, c.19 (C.45:11-60 or 45:11-61) on the effective date of P.L.2007, c.337 (C.45:11-68 et al.) shall be a licensed massage and bodywork therapist under and subject to the provisions of P.L.1999, c.19 (C.45:11-53 et seq.) and P.L.2007, c.337 (C.45:11-68 et al.).
