45:11-71 Election of officers, meetings. 16. The board shall annually elect from among its members a chairman and a vice-chairman and may appoint a secretary, who need not be a member of the board. The board shall meet at least once every two months and may hold additional meetings as necessary to discharge its duties. L.2007, c.337, s.16.
