44:8-111.3. Report 3. The commissioner shall report to the Governor and the Legislature no later than one year after the effective date of this act, and annually thereafter, on the actions taken to carry out the provisions of this act and the results thereof, and shall accompany that report with such recommendations for administrative or legislative actions as the commissioner deems appropriate.
