44:4-121. Estimates for ensuing calendar or fiscal years On November first of each year thereafter, the county welfare board shall forward to the board of chosen freeholders an estimate of the amount necessary for carrying into effect the provisions of this chapter, and to the governing bodies of the respective municipalities of the county estimates of the respective amounts necessary for the relief of the temporary or outdoor poor in the respective municipalities for the ensuing calendar or fiscal year.
