44:10-69. Reimbursement to tort claims fund 15. The program shall reimburse the fund established pursuant to N.J.S.59:12-1 for all costs incurred by the fund in connection with a recipient's participation in community work experience or alternative work experience. L.1997,c.38,s.15.
