44:1-44. Meetings of board A district welfare board shall meet regularly once each month and at such other times as may be necessary or as it may by rule provide. It shall hold its annual meeting at least six weeks prior to the meetings of the boards of chosen freeholders of the several counties at which appropriations for the ensuing year are to be made.
