44:1-18. Meetings of board The county welfare board shall meet at the welfare-house at least once in every month, and at such other times as may be prescribed in the by-laws or rules of the board. It shall hold its annual meeting at least one month prior to the meeting of the board of freeholders at which appropriations for the ensuing year are to be considered.
