43:7-23. Unlawful acts, incapacitation or death while performing If any pension officer shall become incapacitated from or shall lose his life in the performance or commission of any unlawful act which would warrant his dismissal from the employ of the State, no pension shall be paid to such employee or to his widow, his children, or dependent parents.
