43:21-14.1. Refund of contributions; claim 1. Any employee who is paid wages by two or more employers aggregating more than the amount of "wages" determined in accordance with the provisions of R.S.43:21-7(b)(3) shall be entitled to a refund of the amount of contributions deducted from such wages and paid to the Division of Employment Security in excess of the contribution which is determined pursuant to R.S.43:21-7(d)(1)(D) required on the amount of "wages" determined in accordance with the provisions of R.S.43:21-7(b)(3) except that no such refund shall be made unless the employee makes a claim, establishing his right thereto, within two years after the calendar year in which the wages are paid with respect to which refund of contribution is claimed.
