43:16A-15a. State liable for increased cost to government employers for veterans of operations Restore Hope, Joint Endeavor and Joint Guard 5. The State shall be liable for any increased cost to local government employers participating in the Police and Firemen's Retirement System, established pursuant to P.L.1944, c.255 (C.43:16A-1 et seq.), as a result of the provisions of this act, P.L.2001, c.128.
