43:15A-24a. State liable for increased cost to government employers for veterans of Lebanon crisis 4. The State shall be liable for any increased cost to local government employers participating in the Public Employees' Retirement System, established pursuant to P.L.1954, c.84 (C.43:15A-1 et seq.), as a result of the provisions of this act, P.L.2001, c.127.
