43:15A-102. Ordinary disability retirement; eligibility Any member who shall have been a law enforcement officer for 5 years immediately preceding his retirement shall have full rights to, and shall be subject to, the provisions governing ordinary disability retirement as set forth in sections 42, 44 and 45 of said act to which this act is amendatory and supplementary.
