43:10-42. Pension commission In all counties in which this article takes effect there shall be established a pension commission of five members, consisting of the director of the board of chosen freeholders, the county treasurer, two members of the police department of the county, and one citizen of the county, to be selected by them at a meeting or meetings to be held in December of each year at a date to be fixed by each body. The term of each of the members selected from the county police department and of the citizen member shall be for two years.
