40A:9-1.14. Inapplicability of s. 40A:9-1.13 to special municipal charters Nothing contained in section 3 of this act shall affect the provisions of any special municipal charter heretofore provided by the Legislature and adopted by the voters pursuant to Article IV, Section VII, paragraph 10 of the Constitution.
