40A:5-35. Recording of bonds The local unit may require such bonds, or any of them, to be recorded in the office of the clerk of the county and a copy of any bond so recorded, certified by the county clerk, shall be received in evidence in all the courts of this State and be as good and available in law as if the original bond were produced and proved.
