40A:4-55.17. Applicability of tax anticipation notes provisions to special emergency notes; filing resolution The provisions of the chapter hereby supplemented relating to tax anticipation notes shall apply to special emergency notes. A copy of the resolution shall be filed forthwith after it is adopted with the Director of the Division of Local Finance in the Department of Community Affairs for that purpose.
