40A:4-45.4a. Transfer of funds authorized by s. 40A:4-58 from appropriation not subject to limitation to appropriation subject to limitation; prohibition No transfer of funds which is authorized by N.J.S. 40A:4-58 shall be made from an appropriation which is not subject to limitation pursuant to section 3 or 4 of P.L.1976, c. 68 (C. 40A:4-45.3 and 40A:4-45.4) to an appropriation which is subject to such limitation.
