40A:4-3.5 Actions by director. 3. The Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs shall take such action as the director deems necessary and consistent with the intent of P.L.2008, c.92 (C.40A:4-3.5 et al.) to implement its provisions.
