40A:2-38.1. Attorneys; compensation; services on issuance of bonds No county, municipality or other political subdivision of the State or any board, commission or agency thereof, shall compensate an attorney for services rendered in connection with the issuance of bonds other than at a reasonable rate agreed on prior to the rendering of the services.
