40A:12A-49. Rules, regulations 49. The Commissioner of Community Affairs shall promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the provisions of this act. The Local Finance Board shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the fiscal and financial controls set forth in the act. L.1992,c.79,s.49.
