40A:11-44. "Local Public Contracts Law" applicable All provisions of the "Local Public Contracts Law," P.L. 1971, c. 198 (C. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and any supplements thereto, shall apply to purchases, contracts and agreements made pursuant to this act unless otherwise superseded by the provisions of this act.
