40A:11-28 Classification of prospective bidders; notice. 28. Prospective bidders shall be classified as to the character and amount of goods or services contracts as to which they shall be qualified to submit bids, and bids shall be accepted only from persons so qualified. The classification shall be made and an immediate notice thereof shall be sent to the prospective bidders by certified or registered mail within eight days after the date of receipt of the responsive statement or answers.
