40:9B-5. Ratification, validation and confirmation of prior appropriations All appropriations heretofore made by any county or municipality for any of the purposes herein authorized are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed. L.1974, c. 120, s. 3, eff. Oct. 10, 1974.
