40:63-110. Payment for use of joint systems; bonds For the purpose of raising the money required for the carrying out of any such contract, and to meet the payment or payments that may be provided for therein, such other municipality may issue bonds in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of chapter 1 of this title (s. 40:1-1 et seq.).
