40:60-25.17. Inconsistent acts superseded With respect to the subject matter of this act, this act shall supersede any other act or part of act inconsistent with any provision of this act, to the extent of such inconsistency. L.1944, c. 206, p. 733, s. 11, eff. April 21, 1944.
