40:55D-78. Terms of joint agreement The ordinance shall, subject to this article, set forth the specific duties to be exercised jointly; the composition, membership and manner of appointment of any regional board including the representation of each municipality or county; the qualifications and manner or appointment of any joint building official, joint zoning officer or other joint administrative officer; the term of office, the manner of financing, the expenses of such joint exercise of powers, the share of financing to be borne by each county and municipality joining therein, the duration of such agreement and the manner in which such agreement may be terminated or extended.
