40:55D-68.6 Powers of municipality intact. 3. Nothing in this act shall be interpreted to limit the powers of a municipality to enforce applicable provisions of any laws, ordinances and regulations relating to fire safety, and public health and welfare. L.1997,c.339,s.3.
