40:55D-54.1. Notification to tax assessor of municipality Upon the filing of a plat showing the subdivision or resubdivision of land, the county recording officer shall, at the same time that notification is given to the planning board of the municipality pursuant to section 42 of the act to which this act is a supplement, send a copy of such notification to the tax assessor of the municipality in which such land is situated of the filing of said plat.
