40:55D-53b. Acceptance of standardized form 2. Notwithstanding any ordinance to the contrary, an approving authority shall accept the standardized form for a performance guarantee, maintenance guarantee or letter of credit adopted by regulation by the Department of Community Affairs pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1999, c.68 (C.40:55D-53a) as complying with the provisions of section 41 of P.L.1975, c.291 (C.40:55D-53).
