40:54C-4.1. Custodian 3. The chief financial officer of the municipality shall serve as the custodian of the fund established pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1982, c.68 (C.40:52-8), and shall maintain the necessary financial records required by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs.
