40:54-29.5 Joint library agreement, filing. 3. After the introduction of an ordinance approving such joint library agreement, which may be incorporated by reference therein, such agreement shall be and remain on file for public inspection in the municipal clerk's office from the time of introduction of such ordinance and such ordinance shall so state. A copy of such ordinance and of the joint library agreement shall be filed with the State Librarian and the Director of the Division of Local Government. Subsequent amendments and supplements to such ordinance and agreement shall be filed in like manner. L.1959,c.155,s.3; amended 2001, c.137, s.56.
