40:5-2.7. Liberal construction This act shall be liberally construed to enable the several counties and municipalities to expeditiously relieve the loss, damage, distress and suffering caused by a general conflagration. L.1941, c. 48, p. 130, s. 6, eff. April 23, 1941.
