40:48-9.4. Contributions to nonprofit corporation operating senior citizens center Any municipality or county may make an annual, voluntary contribution to any nonprofit corporation, which operates a senior citizens' center anywhere in the State, in support of the educational, cultural, recreational and personal assistance programs conducted by it for senior citizens of such municipality or county.
