40:37B-17. Act as sole authority for issuance of bonds; inapplicability of other laws This act shall be complete authority for the issuance of bonds by an authority, and the provisions of any other law shall not apply to the issuance of such bonds. L.1967, c. 136, s. 17, eff. June 28, 1967.
