40:33-13.8. Organization of board; officers; term of office The board of trustees shall organize annually and elect, from among its members, a president and vice-president. It shall also appoint a treasurer and secretary. The treasurer may be treasurer of one of the participating counties. All officers shall serve for 1 year and until their successors are elected.
