40:33-13.6. Resolution; public inspection; publication Upon the introduction of a resolution approving such agreement, or any amendment or supplement thereto, such resolutions, agreement, amendment, or supplement shall be and remain on file for public inspection in the office of the clerk of the board of chosen freeholders. Such resolution shall be published at least once 2 weeks or more before final consideration and passage in a newspaper published in the county or having a substantial circulation therein.
