40:33-13.17. Regional library as "public agency or organization" within Public Employees' Retirement Act Any regional library established pursuant to this act shall be deemed a "public agency or organization" as that term is used in the Public Employees' Retirement Act (P.L.1954, c. 84) and as defined in section 71 of said Act. L.1962, c. 134, s. 15, eff. July 27, 1962.
