40:32-6. Acquisition and preservation of historical buildings and data Any county may acquire, by gift or purchase, any real estate or any interests therein, together with any and all buildings thereon within the limits of the county for historical purposes, or for the purpose of preserving therein or thereon historical data and objects of historical interest.
