40:3-11. Annual report; publication The sinking fund commission shall report annually, on or before January fifteenth, to the governing body of the municipality, county or school district fully and in detail with reference to the amount, investment and sufficiency of the sinking funds in their hands, as of December thirty-first of the previous year. Such report shall be published for distribution by the sinking fund commission during the month of January of each year. In addition, the commission shall make such other and further reports as shall be required by the governing body of the municipality, county or school district or by any state authority pursuant to law.
