40:28-2. Lease of airport to state Any county acquiring or maintaining real estate for airport purposes may lease the same or part thereof for such term of years as may be agreed upon, to the state of New Jersey or any agency thereof, with or without consideration, in order to enable the state or its agency to operate and maintain an airport thereon.
