40:27-6.4. Review of subdivision application; withholding of approval The county planning board shall review each subdivision application and withhold approval if said proposed subdivision does not meet the subdivision approval standards previously adopted by the board of chosen freeholders, in accordance with section 4 of this act. In the event of the withholding of approval, or the disapproval of, a subdivision application, the reasons for such action shall be set forth in writing and a copy thereof shall be transmitted to the applicant.
